MY APPROACH
Therapy shouldn't require you to hide your traits, translate your identity, or earn belief in who you are. My job is to meet you as you already are.
Affirming isn't a buzzword here. It's the whole model.
01
Neurodivergent-affirming
Autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent traits are treated as differences to understand, not symptoms to correct.
02
Gender-affirming
Your name, pronouns, and identity are respected from the first session, no explanation required.
03
Client-led pacing
Boundaries are respected and sessions are paced to meet therapy participants where they are at in their therapy journey.
